Website redesign for sites that let you down
Paid for a website that's slow, broken, half-finished or just not working? We take it over, fix what can be saved and rebuild what can't, with everything in your name and a scope you sign off before we start.
How we work with you
If you've been let down before, you should know exactly what you're getting this time.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, code, CMS and logins belong to you. We hand it all over, or host it for you if you prefer. Either way you can leave whenever you like.
A scope you sign off
Fixed scope with milestones you approve, hourly, or a monthly retainer: your choice. You know what is included before any work starts.
One person you can reach
A named contact who replies the same or next business day. No ticket queue, no being passed around.
Your rankings kept
Every URL is mapped and redirected, and metadata and Search Console are checked before and after launch. Your email keeps working throughout.
A site you can edit
Text, images and pages are yours to update in a proper editor, without calling a developer to change a font size.
Still here after launch
Fixes, updates and new features when you need them, through our website support plans.
How a redesign works
Ownership first, then a plan you agree to, then the work. Your current site stays live until the new one is ready.
Audit
Audit
We review the site, the code, the hosting and your analytics, then tell you plainly what can be saved, what's broken and what it would take to fix.
Access and ownership
Access and ownership
We help you recover the domain, hosting and logins, and move everything into your name before anything changes.
Scope and plan
Scope and plan
A written scope with milestones, or an hourly or retainer arrangement if that fits better. You sign it off before work starts.
Design
Design
Structure, content and design reworked around what the site needs to do for your business, reviewed with you at every milestone.
Build and launch
Build and launch
Built on Webflow, or on Astro or Next.js with Sanity or Payload. Every old URL is redirected and checked before the switch.
Support
Support
We stay on after launch for fixes, updates and new features, as much or as little as you need.
Website redesign questions
Yes, that's most of what we do here. We start with an audit of the code, hosting and content, then tell you what is worth keeping. Sometimes that's most of it; sometimes a rebuild is cheaper than repairs.
Usually, yes. If the domain is registered to your business, the registrar can restore access with proof of ownership, and hosting and CMS access can be recovered from there. If content is lost, we can often rebuild it from backups or public archives.
Yes. Domain, hosting, code, CMS and every account are in your name. If you would rather we host it, we can, and we hand everything over whenever you ask.
If you want one. We work to a fixed scope with milestones you sign off, by the hour, or on a monthly retainer. The audit and estimate come first and are free.
If the problem is how it looks, a redesign. If it's how it works underneath (plugins, structure, a CMS nobody can use), a rebuild. If a few things are broken on a sound base, fix them. The audit tells you which, in plain words.
Not if the redesign is planned. Every URL keeps its address or gets a permanent redirect, and titles, descriptions and structured data are checked before and after launch.
The same or next business day, from a named person who knows your project.
Sometimes, as a first step. Hacked sites are usually out of date in other ways too, so we'll clean up what's urgent and then recommend whether to repair or rebuild.
