Logo and Color Palette in a Single Fixed-Scope Package
Most early branding work over-delivers — sprawling guideline PDFs that get screenshot once and forgotten. The Logo + Palette Kit strips the engagement down to what actually gets used: a versatile mark, a tested color system, and the export formats your engineers and marketers need to ship today. Ten business days, two structured rounds of revision, source files you keep.
- 01
Custom wordmark or symbol plus a simplified favicon-safe variant
- 02
Six-color palette with light, dark, and accent tones for product UI
- 03
Hex, RGB, and HSL values documented for direct engineering handoff
- 04
Logo lockup variations — horizontal, stacked, monochrome, reversed
- 05
Source Figma file plus exported SVG, PNG at four sizes, and print PDF
- 06
Two structured revision rounds — one on logo direction, one on palette
Designs Worth Remembering
A curated mix of visuals that speak louder than words — bold, refined, and uniquely crafted.
How a Logo Design Kit Comes Together in Ten Days
We've shipped this engagement more than fifty times. The reason it works in ten days: tight inputs, two named decision points, and a refusal to design palette and logo as separate exercises. The mark and the colors are tested together, against the real surfaces they'll appear on.
Days 1–2: brief intake and direction shortlist
One 60-minute call covers what the mark needs to do, who it appears in front of, and the three closest competitor marks to differentiate against. We come back end of day two with two distinct mark directions — not five, not seven — each rendered at favicon size and 1080px hero size so you can judge them at the sizes they actually live at, not in an abstract presentation.
Days 3–6: mark refinement plus palette pairing
Once a direction is locked, we refine the mark and propose a six-color palette in the same iteration, not as separate steps. Each palette tone gets tested against the mark on a real UI screenshot — a header, a button, a body card — so the colors get judged in context. End of day six: a final mark, a locked palette, and contrast checks completed for AA accessibility on light and dark backgrounds.
Days 7–10: lockups, exports, and engineering handoff
We build the four lockups (horizontal, stacked, monochrome, reversed), export at every size your team needs, and write the engineering handoff sheet — hex, RGB, HSL, AA contrast results, and the SVG source paths. The Figma file gets organized so a future hire can find the assets without a guided tour. Most teams ship the new mark on their site within 48 hours of receiving the kit.

Where Cheap Logo Work Costs You More Later
We've replaced a lot of $300 logos. Three patterns repeat, and each one costs the founder more than a proper logo design kit would have on day one.
The mark that doesn't survive sizing down
looks fine at 800px in the brief and falls apart at 32px favicon size. Fine details, hairline strokes, and tightly-kerned wordmarks lose legibility — the favicon turns into a smudge, the app icon looks broken. One SaaS client launched with a $250 freelance mark and had to rebuild it within four months once the app icon went live in the Apple App Store and looked illegible at 60×60. The cost: $4,200 to redo it properly, plus the four months of brand inconsistency between launches. Our kit tests every mark at favicon size on day two, before refinement begins.
Logo without a paired palette
is the most common version of this — you get a mark, no colors, and the team starts hand-picking blues for every new screen. Within three months you have four shades of blue in the wild, none of which match the mark's intended palette. One e-commerce founder spent $9,400 on a brand audit eight months in to fix exactly this, after their conversion rate dipped on screens where the brand felt incoherent. A logo design kit at $3,500–$5,500 includes the palette and prevents the drift from starting.
The mark that fails accessibility on its own brand color
shows up when the logo is designed against a stock white background and never tested against the brand's primary color. Once it's deployed in a hero with the primary as background, contrast falls below AA, screen readers struggle, and you've got an ADA risk on the first page of your site. We've audited sites that failed AA on their own logo lockup — the cost to retrofit accessibility across templates after launch ran $6,000–$11,000 in client cases. Our kit ships with AA contrast verified on all background pairings before delivery.

Logo Design Kit With Palette: What's In, What's Out
A logo design kit is the right scope for a specific moment: you've validated the business idea, you're shipping a landing page or an app, and you need a mark and a working palette without buying into a full identity engagement. It is deliberately not a full brand system — there are no typography rules, no template library, no extended brand book, no usage examples beyond the lockups themselves.
What "logo and color palette" actually delivers in this package:
- A custom mark, not a template adaptation. Wordmark, lettermark, or symbol depending on what the brand needs. We don't use logo generators, AI mark templates, or marketplace stock — every mark is drawn for the specific brand. If a wordmark is the right answer (it usually is for early-stage SaaS), the type is custom-tuned, not pulled unchanged from Google Fonts.
- Four lockup variations. Horizontal (mark + wordmark side by side), stacked (mark above wordmark), monochrome (single-color version for restricted contexts), and reversed (light-on-dark for dark-mode and overlay use). Each tested at the sizes it'll actually appear at.
- A six-color palette tested in context. Primary, secondary, and four functional UI tones. Each color rendered against the mark, against UI components (button, card, hero), and against the other colors in the palette. AA contrast verified for both light and dark surfaces.
- Source files plus engineering handoff. Figma source, SVG, PNG at four sizes, print-ready PDF, and a one-page handoff sheet with hex/RGB/HSL values, contrast results, and the SVG source path mapping. Engineering can ship without a follow-up call.
Pricing sits between $3,500 and $5,500 depending on whether you need a custom symbol (more design time) or a wordmark with custom letterforms (less). Two structured revision rounds are included — one on logo direction at day three, one on palette at day six. Additional rounds are available at a clear hourly rate disclosed up front.
When this isn't the right fit: if you also need typography rules, a deck template, and a one-pager your team can reference, the Brand Starter Pack covers that for a few thousand more. If you have an existing logo and palette and just need them tightened, look at Brand Refresh in 2 Weeks. If you're a funded startup needing brand built around a specific launch moment, the Startup Branding Package includes the strategic positioning the kit deliberately skips.
