Project Manager

We're looking for a project manager with experience working in a creative field, ideally in a design agency. This awesome person shall manage some of our projects, deal with the team and the clients, making sure that the work gets delivered the best shape possible.

What's required?

• Obviously, navigate Windows/Mac like the back of your hands
• At least 1+ year of experience managing projects
• Speak fluent English (B2 or higher) to effortlessly communicate with clients via chat/calls
• Know your way around Figma to review, comment and understand the work being done
• Have experience dealing with designers and developers
• Have experience managing clients
• Have a microphone for calls, duh
• Have a webcam for video calls, duh

You have to possess these qualities

• The ability to act independently and make decisions when necessary
• The ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
• Stress-resistant character
• Communicative - be good dealing with people in general
• Have good taste. We're a design agency, after all
• Googling - you should be able to find solutions to solve problems
• A knack for problem-solving and troubleshooting
• A passion for delivering high-quality work and making clients happy
• Desire to learn and grow, and, of course, to create awesome shit!
• Some initiative wouldn't hurt

What will you do?

Basically, you'll have to manage multiple projects simultaneously, dealing with multiple clients, and a bunch of designers & developers, to get our projects delivered on time and within budget.

• Discuss project requirements with clients
• Create and manage project plans
• Write briefs and create tasks for designers & developers
• Oversee projects and control task completion
• Control project timelines
• Regularly check-in with clients, getting approvals and gathering
• Collaborate with designers & developers A LOT
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project
• Ensure all project docs is up-to-date and organized
• Report to the co-founders regularly
